2019 is an extraordinary year in the history of Spanish political parties. The general election on April 28 failed to form a government，and the government of the workers’ Socialist Party fell into a state of guard. The result of the general election in November was different from that of the general election in April. The left-wing parties were more willing to cooperate and expected to end the guard situation as soon as possible. The results of the two general elections highlight the new political ecology since the Spanish general election in December 2015. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the political characteristics of the two general elections in Spain in 2019，and combs the ruling basis，cabinet characteristics and future policy trend of the first left-wing coalition government.
