    北京开拓中东欧文化市场的机遇与展望(2020)

    摘要

    中东欧国家是“一带一路”倡议的合作伙伴,文化交流合作是“一带一路”合作的重要纽带。北京开拓中东欧国家文化市场机遇众多,包括中国与中东欧共同的发展诉求、中国与中东欧高层一致的高度重视、中国与中东欧文化市场的丰富内容、“五通”引领的明确方向。进一步开拓中东欧文化市场,要着力加强交流与合作;继续发挥官方文化交流的引导示范作用;开拓文化创意产业合作渠道,扩大规模,深化内容,促进中国与中东欧国家在文化贸易领域的全面合作。此外,北京在外部拓展的同时也应注重内部发展,在统筹规划方面需要加强顶层设计,建立长效机制。唯有和而不同,求同存异,多边互动,才能推动北京与中东欧文化市场的交流合作可持续发展。

    Abstract

    Central and Eastern European countries are vital partners of the “Belt and Road Initiative”. Cultural exchanges and cooperation are important links in countries along the “Belt and Road”. Beijing,as the capital of China,has opened up a number of cultural markets in the sixteen CEE countries. The opportunities are based on the shared development appeal,mutual consensus of top leaders,rich cultural markets of China and CEE countries,and the “Five Links” policy privilege. To further develop the cooperation in the cultural markets with CEE countries,we must focus on more exchanges and cooperation,continue to play the guiding and demonstrating role of official cultural exchanges,strengthen the cooperation in cultural and creative business,expand the scale of cultural trade,and promote comprehensive,coordinated and balanced cultural cooperation between China and CEE countries. External and internal development should be equally strengthened in Beijing’s overall planning,therefore,it is necessary to work out the top-level design and establish a long-term mechanism. With seeking common ground while reserving differences during multilateral interaction,the promotion of exchanges and cooperation in the cultural markets between Beijing and CEE countries can be sustainable.
