The function construction of “four centers” has brought great benefits to the development of capital’s cultural trade. As an organic whole，the function construction of international communication center will provide all-round international support for the development of capital’s cultural trade. At present，as one of the multiple subjects in this field，the functions and advantages of think tanks are gradually highlighted，which provides a realistic path and starting point for promoting the development of cultural trade. This paper puts forward suggestions on how to further play the role of think tanks in promoting the development of cultural trade from the aspects of think tanks’ own construction，policy translation，diversified international exchange and cooperation，and participation in international organizations.
