本报告从国家层面和北京层面两个视角概述了当前北京文化贸易面临的发展机遇,并结合数据资料分析了北京文化贸易的发展现状;基于此,深入探究了高质量开放进程中北京文化贸易发展面临的主要问题与相关挑战,指出当前北京文化贸易面临的文化产品的进出口结构错位、文化产品结构失调、高端特色文化品牌缺乏以及文化贸易的协同发展水平较低等几个方面的相关问题。最后,针对上述内容,本报告提出高质量开放背景下有效解决北京文化贸易发展存在的问题的对策建议,即完善规章制度,制定优惠政策与具体实施细则,提升文化产品的出口能力,调整文化产品出口结构,等等。
<<This paper summarizes the development opportunities of Beijing’s cultural trade from the perspectives of national level and Beijing level,and analyzes the development status of Beijing’s cultural trade based on data. Based on the above,this paper explores the Beijing cultural trade’s main problems and challenges in the process of high-quality opening up,and points out that Beijing cultural trade is currently faced with the dislocation of cultural products’ import-export structure,imbalance of cultural product’s structure,lack of up-market characteristic cultural brands as well as the low coordinated development level of cultural trade and so on. Finally,in the response to the problems above,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to effectively solve these problems under the background of high-quality opening up.
