In 2019，Beijing government has proactively promulgated cultural tourism-related policies to guide industrial development and opening up to the outside world，strategic positioning and increased cultural investment have also promoted the development of different kinds of tourism. There are some problems in cultural tourism in Beijing，such as lack of scientific and technological applications，poor regional synergy，less attraction of cultural activities，and the absent of a cultural tourism risk prevention system. In this regard，the development of cultural tourism needs to strengthen the industrial integration of science and cultural tourism，enhance the in-depth cooperation with regions，strengthen the brand building of international cultural activities，and build comprehensive and effective protection against cultural tourism risks system.
