At the same time，Beijing smart radio and television development action plan and Beijing ultra high definition video industry development action plan have been implemented，and high and new technology has become the focus of the future development of Beijing Radio，film and television industry. Moreover，the implementation opinions on promoting the prosperity and development of Beijing Film and television industry has been formulated，which provides a development framework for the foreign trade of Beijing Film and television culture. In terms of foreign trade achievements，in 2019，radio，film and television will upgrade to industrial culture and foreign trade，and the main body，content，form and mechanism of foreign trade will be more diversified. In the future，with the arrival of 5G network，Beijing Foreign Trade Association of radio，film and television will adhere to the national discourse and cultural communication as the core；based on the technological highland；at the same time，it will promote the international development of Beijing Radio，film and television industry and build Beijing into an International Film and television capital by providing funds，venues and other facilities for the integration of high-tech industry and film and television industry through cross industry cooperation and building film and television parks.
