Monitoring has become one of the most important policy tools of the government. Through sorting out the employment status of university graduates in Beijing，monitoring the change process，based on the employment information data，survey data and employer survey data of college graduates in 2019. This paper also analyzes the employment status of graduates，the employment market demand of graduates and the evaluation of employment guidance services，monitors the employment status and changing trend of graduates from the perspective of employment quantity，employment quality and supply-demand，and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
