The current youth employment situation is generally stable，which is manifested in high employment rate and short duration of unemployment. However，in the new situation，the total employment pressure is still large，the employment concept has changed，the structural contradiction is more prominent，the employment quality needs to be improved and other issues cannot be ignored. College graduates，the new generation of migrant workers and the youth in new format should be given focus. On the basis of further improving policies and strengthening services，we should pay attention to the participation of multiple subjects，work together to solve key problems，and improve the refinement level of work.
