In 2019，under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam，Vietnam experienced stable and rapid socio-economic development. The country’s various tasks are centered around the preparations for the forthcoming of 13th National Congress to be held in early 2021. It mainly includes the following aspects：forming leading groups for the preparations for the conference；drafting conference documents；formulating socio-economic development plans；strengthening the construction of cadres and personnel arrangements；concentrating on party style construction and anti-corruption work；and strengthening publicity and propaganda to prevent “peaceful evolution” of hostile forces. It is expected that in 2020，the Communist Party of Vietnam will continue to advance the above-mentioned work，with focus on maintaining stable domestic political，economic and social development，and well preparing for the 13th National Congress.
