长期过量地使用农业化学品造成严重的农业面源污染。利用教育引导机制提高农户意识,引导农户自觉选择环境友好型生产行为,可从源头上控制农业面源污染的发生。本文基于陕西省626份调查问卷数据,采用倾向评分匹配方法估计测土配方施肥和中英项目对农户减少化肥使用的影响效果。实证研究结果显示:农业面源污染治理教育引导项目能够影响农户的化肥投入量,不同信息传播途径对于农民的影响具有差异性。
<<Over-using of agricultural chemical fertilizer in long term causes serious agricultural non-point source pollution. Education mechanism which aims to raise farmers’ awareness and guide farmers to consciously choose friendly environmental production behavior can control the occurrence of agricultural non-point source pollution from the source. Based on the data of 626 questionnaires in Shaanxi Province,this paper uses propensity score matching method to estimate the effect of soil testing and fertilization and Chinese and English projects on farmers’ reduction of chemical fertilizer use. The results of empirical research showed:the education guidance project for controlling agricultural non-point source pollution can affect farmers’ fertilizer input,and the influence of different information transmission routes on farmers is different.
