在当前“绿色发展”与“创新引领”的新阶段,绿色创新对经济社会发展的支撑和引领作用越来越得到凸显。本文在总结绿色创新内涵及其评价指标相关研究的基础上,通过DPSIR方法从驱动力、压力、状态、影响及响应五个方面建立评价我国省域绿色创新能力的指标体系;运用ENTROPY方法建立评价指标的权重;通过TOPSIS逼近理想排序法得到绿色创新水平的综合分析与评价。研究发现,我国各省绿色技术创新能力存在较大的时间与空间差异。2007~2016年,区域的绿色创新能力整体表现为东部绿色创新能力强于其他三个地区。
<<The level of green technological innovation is an important manifestation of the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of regional economy. On the basis of summing up the related research of green technological innovation and its evaluation index,the index system has been set up from five aspects:driving force,pressure,state,influence and response through DPSIR. The ENTROPY method is used to establish the weight of the evaluation index. Through the TOPSIS approach,this article gets the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of green technological innovation of different provinces in China. The result shows that the green technological innovation capability of in these provinces vary greatly.
