The level of green technological innovation is an important manifestation of the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of regional economy. On the basis of summing up the related research of green technological innovation and its evaluation index，the index system has been set up from five aspects：driving force，pressure，state，influence and response through DPSIR. The ENTROPY method is used to establish the weight of the evaluation index. Through the TOPSIS approach，this article gets the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of green technological innovation of different provinces in China. The result shows that the green technological innovation capability of in these provinces vary greatly.
