In recent years Guangzhou Development District made important measures to promote the cultural creation industry，and provided a strong support for the upgrading the industry structure and keep the good and quick development of the economy in the whole district. This report makes an analysis of the advantages for development of cultural industry，development plan，policy and measures as well as problems and puts forward some proposals of how to quicken the further development of cultural industry.
