The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University focuses on the forefront of international medical development，combines medical reform policies and hospital management practices，dares to explore and practice，constantly improves the medical and health service system，focuses on safety，quality，efficiency and patients’ medical experience，and constantly builds the core competitiveness. It attaches great importance to the construction and improvement of medical quality and safety，comprehensively implements the core system of medical quality and safety，and establishes and improves the evaluation and supervision system of medical quality and safety. This paper mainly introduces the hospital’s construction achievements of standardized hospital management system under JCI （Joint Commission International） and HIMSS accreditation standards.
