The concept of evaluation and evaluation of medical institutions has changed. More and more attention are paid to the actual work results and service quality. It is no longer possible to meet the requirements by rushing to fill in various account information. Whether it is document review，or process interview，medical institutions are required to pay attention to daily quality control and improvement，constantly find shortcomings in actual work，and improve shortcomings. This article mainly uses document review and site inspection as examples to explain how the certification officer evaluates the relevant diagnosis and treatment process.
