The star accreditation program is a core business of Guangzhou Asclepius，and the Star Accreditation Standards for Hospitals also was certified by the International Society for Quality in Health Care （ISQua） in July 2019. Regarding the surveyor team，the selection，training，assessment and dismissal of surveyor is an essential part of human resources management. With reference to major accreditation and certification organizations’ requirements for surveyors，as well as selection criteria for surveyors by popular evaluation organizations at home or abroad，this article illustrates the procedural mechanism of surveyor selection in the surveyor management policy of the Guangzhou Asclepius.
