In order to achieve new breakthrough development in the context of present era，art troupes and theatres need to find new ways and actively explore new development models suitable for themselvies. This paper takes the alliance mode of “theatre line” established by Huangmei Theater and Huanggang Huangmei Theater Poly Management Co.，Ltd. as research object，introduces the general situation of this mode and explores its innovative points to provide a new path and a new mode for the development of art troupes and theatres and theatres in the new period.
