Qingdao City Cultural Museum took the construction of modern public cultural service system as an opportunity to fully exert the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in public cultural service，and had done a lot of practice and explorations in innovating the service mode，optimizing service contents and creating the service brand，which have promoted the continuous growth of cultural volunteer team and voluntary service. By analyzing the basic situation，typical cases and innovative modes of cultural voluntary service in Qingdao City Cultural Museum，this paper discusses deeply into existing problems，improvement strategies and the future direction of cultural voluntary service to provide beneficial experience for the development of cultural voluntary service and help the cultural voluntary service to develop in depth.
