As the storeroom of essence of human civilization，museum is natural learning space. In recent years，many museums have created specific courses for children and teenagers，stimulating their enthusiasm for learning while disseminating culture. Ezhou City Museum tried to apply hands-on activities of making teaching aids to courses of cultural relics and museum and have developed series of hands-on activity courses，obtaining great good practice effect. This paper takes series of Ezhou City Museum’s hands-on activities of making teaching aids in courses of cultural relics and museum which called “Wuduguyun” as the object，introduces the design idea of hands-on activities and gives suggestions on how to design hands-on activities of making teaching aids in courses of cultural relics and museum.
