“一带一路”倡议是2013年提出的建设“新丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的合作倡议。主要含义是依靠中国与有关国家既有的双多边机制，借助既有的、行之有效的区域合作平台，实现世界各国的合作共赢。在此大背景下，我国经济文化等多个领域呈现崭新面貌，文化产业领域出现合作、开放的创新发展模式。本文在我国提出的“一带一路”倡议背景下，通过文献、数据调查以及案例，重点分析鄂州文化产业的现状及存在的问题，进而提出适合鄂州市文化产业的PPP创新发展模式。
<<“One Belt One Road” is a cooperation initiative put forward in 2013，including the construction of the New Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. On this background，many fields in our country，such as economy and culture，have taken on new looks. In culture industries，the cooperative and open innovation and development model has shown up. This paper focuses on analyzing current develop situation and existing problems and putting forward the PPP model of innovation and development which is suitable for Ezhou city’s cultural industries，based on the background of “One Belt One Road” strategy.
