Cultural industry is a sunrise industry in the 21st century and its proportion in GDP has increased year by year in recent years. Shiyan City，located in mountainous areas of central and western China，started relatively late in cultural industry. Focusing on the problems of aulture industries in shiyan guy，including the scale of cultural industry in mountainous areas，the singleness of industrial stmcture and the insufficient explortation of cultural resource and regional advantages of Shiyan City，this paper puts forward some countermeasures，such as the integration of culture and tourism，the interconnection of urban and rural areas，the connect of public culture and cultural enterprises，and the combination of funds，talents and competition platforms，in order to promote the vigorous development of Shiyan’s cultural industry.
