Aesthetic education is of great significance to realize the Chinese Dream centred on the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Museums provide abundant exhibitions and cultural relic resources for the development of aesthetic education and have unique advantages in nurturing national emotions and promoting the spirit of aesthetic education. According to the audience survey results of Shandong Museum in recent years，there are some problems in aesthetic education commu propagation，such as andence’s short attention time for exhibits，exhibits’ low attraction for andience，inadequate interpretation for exhibits，insufficient guidance and interpretation system of exhibition. Museums should attach importance to the propagation of aesthetic education，strengthen basic research and exhibition design，improve interpretation system and enhance the level of aesthetic education activities，in order to strengthen the function of aesthetic education propagation.
