In recent years，the development of cultural undertakings construction and tourism in China have both entered the new era of culture and tourism integration. Local governments have obtained rich successful experience in the exploration of pushing the integration of culture and tourism. However，they still face many tough problems. How to promote the integration of culture and tourism further is a theme which is waiting for us to do deep research. This paper takes the development of cultural tourism in Qianjiang City as object，summarizes the experience of practice exploration and gives suggestions on how to achieve the deep integration of culture and tourism based on existing problems.
