Tzu-Chu is not only a football game which had succeeded and developed for over two thousand years in ancient China，but also a way of sport and entertainment that has influenced China for more than two thousand years. The evolution process of Tzu-Chu includes different stages，such as emergence，flourishment and decline. Each of stages has relevant documentary records. As the physical carrier of culture in different periods，cultural relics play a crucial role in proving history. This paper aims to interpret the evolution process of Tzu-Chu from a perspective of archaeology by enumerating cultural relics of Tzu-Chu in different stages of evolution process，combining corresponding documentary records and times background.
