Since 2018，Public cultural policy research experiment base of observation show that when building a modern system of public cultural services，under the strategic direction of the public culture actively adapt to the trend of institutional reform，constantly optimize the system and mechanism，promote the building of key cultural projects and projects，public cultural service ability and service level improved steadily. Thanks to the national cultural policy，most public cultural institutions，such as museums，libraries and cultural centers，have significantly improved their service performance，and cultural services have benefited the population. At the same time，it is also observed that the cultural institutions in the experimental base are faced with new tasks and challenges of mechanism reform in the new period，as well as the new trend of integrated development of culture and tourism. At the same time，some public cultural institutions have some problems，such as the slight decline in input-output performance，the loss of professional talents，the way of financial security and the performance evaluation system to be improved.

Suggestions：Adapt to the reform situation of national cultural and tourism departments，and explore the path of cultural and tourism integrated development. To establish and improve the performance evaluation system for public cultural services and force the optimization of the structure of fiscal input.
