This paper analyzes and interprets many factors such as the investment scale of Sichuan real estate market and the changes of market segments in various prefectures and cities under the background of the development concept of “housing without speculation”. At the same time，it makes an empirical analysis and research on the internal relationship between the growth rate of GDP and the change of purchasing power of the real estate market in Sichuan Province，and puts forward a long-term mechanism for the sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry in Sichuan Province. Specifically，we should take relevant measures such as classified supply planning，strengthening market supervision and increasing fiscal，taxation and financial regulation.
