本文对“房住不炒”发展理念产生的时代背景下四川省房地产市场投资规模和各市州细分市场变化等诸多因素进行分析和解读,同时对四川省GDP增速与房地产市场购买力变动的内在联系进行实证分析研究,提出四川省房地产业持续健康发展的长效机制,具体包括应采取分类供给规划、加强市场监管和加强财税金融调节等相关措施。
<<This paper analyzes and interprets many factors such as the investment scale of Sichuan real estate market and the changes of market segments in various prefectures and cities under the background of the development concept of “housing without speculation”. At the same time,it makes an empirical analysis and research on the internal relationship between the growth rate of GDP and the change of purchasing power of the real estate market in Sichuan Province,and puts forward a long-term mechanism for the sustained and healthy development of the real estate industry in Sichuan Province. Specifically,we should take relevant measures such as classified supply planning,strengthening market supervision and increasing fiscal,taxation and financial regulation.
