In recent years，Sichuan implemented a comprehensive opening-up and cooperation strategy to form new three-dimensional opening-up trend，to optimize open layout continuously，to accelerate economic level and to expand the scale of imports and exports. In 2020，encountered uncontrollable factors such as increased economic downward pressure，Sino-US economic and trade frictions and coronavirus epidemic，Sichuan should stick to promoting the “four-way expansion and openness across the region”，and take the strategic opportunities such as construction of “One Belt and One Road”，the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt，Western Development in the new era，construction of western international land and sea passage and Chengdu-Chongqing Two-City Economic Circle. We will give full play to the leading role of reform and opening up in the free trade pilot zone，focus on stabilizing foreign trade expectations，and promote the upgrading of Sichuan’s import and export.
