In 2019，Sichuan Province has achieved good results in both economic and financial income. In 2019，the local general public budget revenue of Sichuan Province is 407.07 billion yuan，up 7.7% over the previous year，including tax revenue of 288.88 billion yuan，up 6.3% over the previous year. However，novel coronavirus pneumonia and world trade situation were uncertain in 2020. The world economy generally showed a downward trend. We predicted that Sichuan’s economy could not be independent. The economic and financial revenues remained stable and the growth rate would decline. In order to prevent the economic and financial downturn in Sichuan，we propose to promote the high-quality development of modern industry and modern agriculture，develop large consumption，and reform the financial and tax system，so as to promote the healthy development of the economy.
