In recent years，with the goal of building a cultural tourism destination for the Yellow River Estuary，Dongying has deeply implemented the three-year action plan for “enriching the people by tourism”，consolidating and enhancing the achievements of the national public cultural service system demonstration area，and striving to advance the brand of “the Yellow River enters the sea，we go home”，strengthening the protection of cultural relics and intangible cultural heritage，inheriting excellent traditional culture. As a result，Dongying has achieved significant results in the development of culture and tourism integration. However，there still exists problems in the integration systems and insufficiencies in culture inheritance. In the next step，Dongying should actively build a demonstration zone of eco-cultural tourism in the Yellow River Delta. Starting with taking “nature protection zone plus urban area” as the core area to lead global tourism，cultivating a new format of “cultural tourism plus” industry，developing tourism night economy，promoting public cultural service，and advancing the development of public cultural service system and industrial integration development of culture and tourism，we will continue to further promote the integration.
