Chinese cinema has entered a period ofcontinuously rapid growth，and cinema construction has become an important infrastructure for the urban cultural industry and cultural consumption. As a provincial capital，Jinan has entered the critical period of rapid urban development under the blessing of the dual positioning of “the leading area of new and old kinetic energy conversion” and “land and sea bidirectional opening hub”. Based on the central place theory，which is an important basic theory for studying the development of urban and commercial districts，it can be seen that the layout of Jinan cinemas is still too concentrated and distributed in a narrow and long band，which is not synchronized with the development of Jinan’s city development. It is necessary to look at Jinan’s east-west new city，the northern leading area，Laiwu District and Laigang District，and in advance make a more reasonable handle-layout.
