This paper mainly studies the influence of the industrial structure of Sichuan Province on the development of urbanization. Using the relevant data from 2000 to 2018，this paper first analyzes the industrial structure and urbanization development status of Sichuan Province，and further analyzes the relationship between industrial structure and urbanization development in Sichuan Province. Then it makes an empirical study on the impact of industrial structure on urbanization development in Sichuan province. It makes a regression analysis on the impact of industrial structure on the quantity and quality of urbanization development and through testing，draws the conclusion that industrial structure upgrading can promote urbanization development. Based on this，the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of agricultural industrialization and urbanization，such as guiding the up grading of industrial structure，optimizing the spatial distribution and industrial distribution，and accelerating agricultural modernization and industrialization development.
