In 2020，Xinxiang will continue to adhere to the new development concept，take supply-side structural reform as the main line，and take Zhengluoxin national independent innovation zone construction as the starting point. Furthermore，Xinxiang will upgrade the innovation and entrepreneurship environment，form a policy support system covering all aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship，thus to promote the high-quality development of the new township economy. Taking the opportunity of the pilot and demonstration construction of Made in China 2025，Xinxiang will accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure，focus on building a modern innovation system and a modern industrial system，and accelerate the overall optimization to enter the ranks of innovation cities. In view of the existing problems such as weak industrial integration and low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements，and the lack of strength of high-tech enterprises and the lack of high-level innovative talents.
