Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovationis an important strategy and decision of the Party and the government. It is a solid guarantee for fostering new drivers of development，achieving higher employment and high-quality economic development. Based on the systematic analysis of the current situation of environmental support，resource investment，performance value and other aspects in Zhengzhou in 2019，this study analyzes the situation and existing problems in the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in Zhengzhou. This study also compares Zhengzhou and other developed cities in China，taking into account of the impact of the epidemic and environmental changes at home and abroad. In view of these problems，countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of enhancing competitiveness，improving industrial innovation ability，promoting internationalization，releasing the main vitality of business start-ups and innovation and driving by culture.
