Accelerating the development of the health and elderlycare industry is an inevitable requirement for the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in Henan province. Promoting the integration and development of healthy old-age industry is conducive to promoting supply-side structural reform and cultivating new economic growth points，which is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of Henan’s economy and society. This paper studies thenecessity of the integration development of health and elderly care industry in Henan. It puts forward five models of the integration of health and elder care industry，such as medical care industry，sports fitness industry，cultural and tourism industry，real estate industry and industrial agriculture industry. In addition，this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the integration development of health care and elder care industry in Henan province，such as insufficient supply，weak foundation，shortage of talents and insufficient funds，etc. This paper offers countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening government guidelines，improving industrial integration system and mechanism；deepening management reform to stimulate the vitality of industrial development；strengthening professional training to improve the level of specialization；increasing capital investment and encouraging the participation of social forces.
