Integration development has become an important way to develop high-quality culture and tourism industry. Promoting the integrated development of cultural and tourism industry is the practical need for Henan to cultivate a new economic growth point，highlight the important link of cultural soft power，and it is an effective way to help rural revitalization. Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of Henan culture and tourism industry，the research finds that：restricted by the concept，planning，platform，talents and other factors，Henan’s cultural and tourism industry is faced with some prominent problems，such as insufficient integration and development of cultural and tourism resources，insufficient extension and expansion of industrial chain，and a lack of leading key enterprises and other outstanding problems. On this basis，from the integration of ideas，top-level design，innovation leadership，resource integration，platform construction and other aspects，this report puts forward a proposal to advance the high-quality development of Henan’s cultural travel industry.
