    2019年加速转型,逆境中紧抓新机遇——以眉州东坡为例

    摘要

    新冠肺炎疫情的暴发和防控常态化给餐饮企业带来了前所未有的挑战。面临危机,眉州东坡积极作为,通过及时响应研发菜篮子小程序,内部供应链转型推出迷你店,挖掘公共平台和私域流量资源直播带货,坚守企业社会责任开辟战地食堂等举措,不仅为企业赢得了时间和生机,也为未来发展开辟了新的模式。其成功得益于顺应了移动互联发展的大趋势,得益于从可选消费领域进军不可选消费领域实现全产业链布局,得益于多年打造的积极奋进勇于承担的企业文化,也得益于其积极向平台型企业转型,广泛合作,抱团取暖。眉州东坡的抗“疫”实战经验,对其他餐饮企业有重要的启示和借鉴意义,为释放被疫情抑制的消费需求起到了积极的作用。

    Abstract

    The outbreak and regular containment of COVID-19 has brought unprecedented challenges to catering enterprises. In the face of crisis,Meizhou Dongpo took active actions. By responding to R&D of the small program of food basket in a timely manner,introducing mini-store through the transformation of the internal supply chain,exploring the public platform and private domain traffic resources for goods sale via live streaming,adhering to the corporate social responsibility to open up the battlefield canteen,etc.,it not only gains time and vitality for the enterprise,but also opens up a new model for future development. Its success is attributed to following the general trend of the development of mobile Internet,to entering the non-optional consumption field from the optional consumption field to achieve the layout of the whole industrial chain,to the enterprise culture to actively forge ahead and have the courage to assume the responsibility built over the years,and to the positive transformation to a platform-oriented enterprise,extensive cooperation,and unity. Meizhou Dongpo’s anti-epidemic experience exerts important enlightenment and reference significance for other catering enterprises,and has played a positive role in releasing the consumption demand suppressed by the epidemic situation.
