2014~2019年,中国餐饮业迎来了前所未有的发展新阶段,面对这样的黄金周期,东北三省的餐饮业虽有个案的繁荣和增长,但整体却呈现下滑态势,并且与内地发展快速省份的差距逐步拉大。根据东北三省餐饮业方面的具体数据,我们以动态的方式观察分析东北三省餐饮业各项指标的变化,以此剖析东北三省餐饮产业的营收规模、投资主体、消费结构等方面的发展现状;通过对东北三省餐饮业不同细分行业的研究,得出东北三省呈现不同的消费结构和趋势,并衍生出递进的发展模式;在东北三省投资主体上,也表现出具有差异化的多元投资主体的特征;在恩格尔系数表现上,东北三省历年来城乡恩格尔系数均高于全国城乡恩格尔系数,这表明东北三省城乡内的家庭面临着品质化消费转变的新机遇。
<<From 2014 to 2019,China’s catering industry has entered an unprecedented new stage of development. In the face of such a golden cycle,although the catering industry in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province experienced isolated prosperity and growth,the overall situation is on the decline,and the gap with the fast-growing provinces was gradually widened. Based on the specific data of the catering industry in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province,we observed and analyzed the changes of various indexes of the catering industry in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province in a dynamic way,so as to analyze the development status of the catering industry in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province in terms of revenue scale,investment subject,consumption structure and other aspects;Through the study of different subdivided industries of the catering industry in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province,it is concluded that there are different consumption structures and trends in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province,and the progressive development mode was derived;In Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province,the investment subject also showed the characteristics of diversified investors;In terms of the performance of Engel’s coefficient,the urban and rural Engel’s coefficient of Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province over the years is higher than the national urban and rural Engel’s coefficient,which shows that the urban and rural families in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province are facing a new opportunity for the transformation of quality-oriented consumption.
