    2019年北京餐饮产业发展报告

    摘要

    2019年,北京市餐饮行业连续三年营收超千亿元,在保持稳定增长态势的同时,行业增长逐步放缓,进入转型升级新阶段。一年间,全市夜间经济持续升温,餐饮行业借力深夜食堂深入挖掘市场潜力,行业管理逐步迈入精细化、规范化轨道,老字号触网新潮流,品牌建设深入发力,餐饮与科技融合开启智能化管理新篇章。聚焦“十三五”收官之年,在推动餐饮业高质量发展的进程中,北京餐饮业将在京菜文化传承、个性化创新改革、食品安全建设等方面继续深入探索,在不断优化的营商环境中,构建符合北京“四个中心”城市战略定位的北京餐饮新的“生态圈”。

    Abstract

    In 2019,the revenue of the fast food industry in Beijing exceeded RMB 100 Billion for three consecutive years. While maintaining a stable growth trend,the growth of the industry gradually slowed down and entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading. During the past year,the nighttime economy of the whole city continued to heat up. The fast food industry took advantage of the midnight canteen to tap the market potential,and the industry management gradually stepped into the track of refinement and standardization,time-honored brands touched the new trend of Internet,brand building was reinforced in an in-depth way,and the integration of food and technology opened a new chapter of intelligent management. Focusing on the end of the “13th Five-year Plan” period,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of the catering industry,Beijing’s catering industry will continue to make in-depth exploration in terms of Beijing cuisine cultural heritage,personalized innovation and reform,food safety construction,etc.,and will build a new “ecology” of Beijing catering in line with the strategic positioning of “four centers” in Beijing in the constantly optimized business environment.
