    雄关漫道真如铁,而今迈步从头越——2019年中国餐饮产业宏观运行分析...

    摘要

    2019年餐饮业在宏观经济承压的形势下继续保持了较快增长,在稳增长、促消费、稳就业和惠民生领域继续做出了突出贡献,整个产业加快数字化发展,产业生态日益繁荣,发展质量有效提升。2020年突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对势头良好、平稳发展的餐饮业造成了巨大冲击,并对餐饮业发展面临的政法、经济、技术和社会环境等造成了一定程度的影响。但疫情不改餐饮业长期向好的发展趋势,因此餐饮业要深入研判发展环境变化,反思教训,深刻分析,积极应对,化危为机,以创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、共享发展、开放发展为引领,加快推进高质量发展。

    Abstract

    In 2019,despite macroeconomic pressure,the catering industry continued to maintain rapid growth,and continued to make outstanding contributions in the fields of stabilizing growth,promoting consumption,stabilizing employment and benefiting people’s livelihood. In the whole industry,the digital development was accelerated,the industrial ecology became increasingly prosperous,and the development quality was effectively improved. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has caused a great impact on the catering industry in good and stable development,and has exerted certain impact on the political and legal,economic,technological and social environment for the development of the catering industry. However,the epidemic situation does not change the long-term trend of good development of the catering industry. Therefore,the catering industry should thoroughly study and judge the changes in the development environment,reflect on the lessons,make in-depth analysis,actively respond to the crisis,turn the crisis into an opportunity,and accelerate the promotion of high-quality development led by innovative development,coordinated development,green development,shared development and open development.
