2022年北京冬奥会和一系列冰雪运动利好政策的出台给中国冰雪运动带来了难得的发展机遇。作为中国第一家加入世界顶级冰球联赛的俱乐部,昆仑鸿星开创了中国冰球运动步入职业赛道的先河。昆仑鸿星创建了独具特色的“五位一体”运营模式,融合外部引援与内部培养,打造国家队人才培养“PPP”模式,全力加强冰场建设,依托品牌开展赞助合作,营造冰球文化氛围,激发大众的参与热情。昆仑鸿星也面临服务体系不完善、管理团队文化价值观差异较大以及缺少政策扶持等问题。本文通过梳理与分析昆仑鸿星冰球俱乐部运营现状,以期为中国冰球俱乐部和冰球运动的发展提供参考。
<<Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and a series of favorable policies for ice and snow sports have brought rare opportunities for China’s ice and snow sports. HC Kunlun Red Star,as the first club in China to join the world’s top ice hockey league,has created a precedent for Chinese ice hockey to go professional. HC Kunlun Red Star has established a unique “five-in-one” operating model,which integrates external recruitment and internal training to create a “PPP” model of talent training for national team,to strengthen ice rink construction,to carry out sponsorship cooperation based on brand,and to create ice hockey culture to stimulate public’s enthusiasm for participation. However,HC Kunlun Red Star still faces problems such as imperfect service system,great disparity in cultural values of management team,and lack of policy support. This paper analyzes the operating status of HC Kunlun Red Star Ice Hockey Club,hoping to provide reference for ice hockey clubs and ice hockey.
