开展城市文化品牌传播是城市形象提升和推广的重要手段,也是推动城市发展的重要途径和战略举措。广州城市文化品牌培育、塑造、传播等方面基础条件比较好,形成文化传播的一定特色及优势,但在文化图谱的精准聚焦、顶层设计及战略规划引领、传播矩阵的系统操作机制等方面存在明显不足。需要全面加强规划引领、定位引导、资源整合和媒介创新,加快构建起具有广州特色的城市文化品牌传播话语体系,打造出适应新时代发展的文化品牌传播格局。
<<Carrying out urban cultural brand communication is an important means to enhance and promote the city’s image,and it is also an significant approach and strategic measure to promote urban development. Basic conditions,including the cultivation,shaping and dissemination of urban cultural brands in Guangzhou,are relatively good,resulting in certain characteristics and advantages of cultural dissemination. However,there are obvious shortcomings in areas such as the precise focus of the cultural map,top-level design and strategic planning guidance,and the systematic operation mechanism of the dissemination matrix. It is necessary to comprehensively enhance planning guidance,positioning guidance,resource integration and media innovation,to accelerate the construction of an urban cultural brand discourse system with Guangzhou characteristics,and to create a cultural brand communication pattern that adapts to the development of the new era.
