我国的高等教育已经从精英教育进入大众教育阶段,从注重规模教育迈向教育高质量的新阶段。但随着市场经济的快速发展和社会转型,民办高校内部管理体制也面临众多挑战,办学定位不明确、领导机制不完善、教学管理机制运行效率较低、人事管理制度创新性不够、民主管理监督机制不健全等制约了民办高校的发展。民办高校要牢牢把握新时代这一历史方位,完善高校内部治理结构,健全董事会领导下的校长负责制,优化教学管理体制,完善民主监督管理机制等,促进其依法治教、依法治校。
<<China’s higher education has entered the stage of mass education from elite education,and moved from focusing on scale education to a new stage of high quality education. However,with the rapid development of market economy and social transformation,the internal management system of private colleges and universities also faces many challenges. The development of private colleges and universities is restricted by unclear orientation of running schools,imperfect leadership mechanism,low efficiency of teaching management mechanism,insufficient innovation of personnel management system,and imperfect democratic management and supervision mechanism. Private colleges and universities should firmly grasp the historical position of the new era,strengthen top-level design,improve the internal management mechanism,improve the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors,give full play to the political leading role of party organizations in the internal management system of colleges and universities,improve democratic management and supervision mechanisms such as the teachers’ congress,the students’ congress and the academic Committee,and promote private colleges and universities to manage their education and schools in accordance with the law.
