客流与能力配置是城市轨道交通运营管理的重要指标。本报告包括两部分内容：第一部分调研了客流强度比较大的部分海外城市轨道交通线路，分析了这些城市轨道交通网络及分线路的客流强度水平，总结了线路特征与客流强度的关系；第二部分中，以伦敦、巴黎、首尔、新加坡、香港等城市为例，调研了这些城市的轨道交通线路的运行间隔与日开行列车数，分析了城市轨道交通线路日开行列车数随运营日、时段客流规律的变化。最后，根据对上述城市轨道交通线路实际运营情况的分析，总结了这些城市值得借鉴的经验。
<<Passenger flow and capacity allocation are important indicators for operation and management of urban rail transit. This paper consists of two parts. The first part investigates several overseas urban rail transit lines with larger intensity of passenger flow and analyzes the level of intensity within these urban rail transit networks and sub-lines. The relationship between the line characteristics and the intensity of passenger flow is summarized. The second part investigates the departure intervals and the number of trains in daily operation of urban rail transit lines in some cities，such as London，Paris，Seoul，Singapore，Hong Kong，et al. The number of operational trains according to the passenger flow in operation days and periods is compared. Finally，this paper summarizes the experience of operation and management for urban rail transit in China based on the analysis of the actual operations of typical urban rail transit lines.
