The development of private higher education concerns the overall development of domestic higher education，but the lack of running funds is always one of the important factors hindering the development of private higher education. According to the theory of educational equity and the theory of educational cost sharing，private higher education should be supported by public finance. At present，the fragmentation and holdout of the public financial support policies for private higher education and the interruption and precision of financial input，which is one of the main factors that cause the difficulties of running the school. Only by realizing the systematization and standardization of the public financial support policy for private higher education，the fixed frequency，amount or proportion of financial investment，and constantly increasing the subsidy amount，can private higher education be promoted to enter the healthy road of connotative development.
