以民办学校离职教师为研究对象,在查阅相关研究文献资料的基础上制定调研问卷,同时结合SPSS20软件对河南省民办学校教师的离职原因进行信度、效度和描述性统计分析,得出导致民办学校教师离职的重要影响因素:社会对民办学校教师有一定的偏见,民办学校的薪酬待遇有一定的不公平现象,民办学校教师缺乏安全感等。在对其离职影响因素进行分析后提出降低民办学校教师离职率的优化建议:纠正社会偏见,重视民办学校师资队伍建设,提升教师工作满意度。
<<This paper takes teachers leaving their jobs in private schools as the research object. Based on relevant research literature,a questionnaire is developed. Meanwhile,combining SPASS20 software,reliability,validity and descriptive statistical analysis are carried out on the reasons for teachers’ leaving their jobs in private schools in Henan Province,and then the important factors that lead to teachers’ turnover in private schools are obtained:the society has certain prejudice against teachers in private schools,the salary and treatment in private schools is unfair,and teachers in private schools lack a sense of security. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of dimission,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions to reduce the dimission rate of teachers in private schools:correcting social prejudice,attaching importance to the construction of teachers’ team in private schools,and improving teachers’ job satisfaction.
