本文提出了风险地形图的概念,以此为基础研究了设立阻滞风险的屏障、保障城市轨道交通运行可靠性,从而实施设备维护策略的方法。通过数据采集建立数据源矩阵,进而建立事件概率矩阵及事件后果评估矩阵,据此生成事件风险矩阵,形成屏障矩阵,并提出基于屏障矩阵的防控措施。基于风险地形图的屏障管理可成为城市轨道交通安全、稳定、优质运行的基础,为城市轨道交通设备维护及辅助管理人员技能提升提供条件。
<<The concept of risk topographic map is put forward,and the plant maintenance strategy is proposed to ensure the operation reliability of urban rail transit by establishing barriers to prevent risks and each barrier means a maintenance strategy. Through data acquisition,the data source matrix is established to obtain the event probability matrix,and then the event consequence matrix is made to generate the event risk matrix,and finally the barrier matrix is designed. The implementation of the barrier matrix will become the basis of the safe,stable and high-quality operation of urban rail transit. The barrier management based on risk topographic map will provide conditions for the maintenance of urban rail transit equipment and the improvement of the skills of auxiliary managers.
