    2019~2020学年河南民办初中教育现状与发展对策

    摘要

    民办教育发展至今取得的显著成就,得益于国家相关政策的实施和地方各级政府的支持。义务教育背景下的民办初中,从无到有,从少到多,逐渐成为我国教育事业的重要组成部分。2019年,河南民办初中学校数量占河南初中学校总数的19。27%,学校数量和在校生人数逐年增加,教育责任更显重要。但是,社会大众对民办学校不够了解,缺乏认同感;教育行政部门对民办学校不够重视;部分民办学校内部管理机制不健全,教育质量不高,在师资队伍、教育理念、经费等方面也存在不同程度的问题。优化内外部环境,完善政策支持,加强师资队伍建设,方可促进民办教育健康、可持续发展,从而为我国教育事业做出更大贡献。

    Abstract

    The development of private education has made remarkable achievements,thanks to the implementation of relevant national policies and the support of local governments at all levels. Under the background of compulsory education,private junior high school has gradually become an important part of China’s education. By 2019,the number of private junior high schools in Henan province accounted for 19.27% of the total number of junior high schools in Henan Province. With the number of schools and the number of students increasing year by year,the responsibility of education is more important. However,the public do not know enough about the private schools,lack of identity;the education administrative departments have a certain degree of discrimination against private schools;some private schools have imperfect internal management mechanism,and the quality of education is not high;there are also problems in the teaching staff,educational ideas,funds and other aspects. Only by optimizing the internal and external environment,improving policy support and strengthening the construction of teaching staff can we promote the healthy and sustainable development of private education and make greater contributions to China’s education.
