The development of private education has made remarkable achievements，thanks to the implementation of relevant national policies and the support of local governments at all levels. Under the background of compulsory education，private junior high school has gradually become an important part of China’s education. By 2019，the number of private junior high schools in Henan province accounted for 19.27% of the total number of junior high schools in Henan Province. With the number of schools and the number of students increasing year by year，the responsibility of education is more important. However，the public do not know enough about the private schools，lack of identity；the education administrative departments have a certain degree of discrimination against private schools；some private schools have imperfect internal management mechanism，and the quality of education is not high；there are also problems in the teaching staff，educational ideas，funds and other aspects. Only by optimizing the internal and external environment，improving policy support and strengthening the construction of teaching staff can we promote the healthy and sustainable development of private education and make greater contributions to China’s education.
