    2019年中国品牌国际化取得的成绩与面临的新挑战、新机遇

    摘要

    伴随着经济全球化,中国汽车行业正在积极“走出去”。中国车企参与国际化的途径主要有三种:一是出口,将国内生产的整车和零部件出口至海外,这也是过去数十年中国车企一直在做的事情;二是海外本土化,越来越多的中国车企通过在目标市场建设生产基地、设立研发或设计中心、铺开销售网点等方式,拓展海外市场;三是海外收购,从数量和金额来看,中国车企对海外品牌及股权的收购呈上升态势,通过收购提升自身竞争力,并开始着力布局前沿领域。

    以电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化为代表的“新四化”正在深刻影响着汽车行业,打破固有产业格局,为中国汽车企业提供了脱颖而出的好机会。行业格局变化也要求中国企业打破固有的观念和发展思路,以更具前瞻性的思维加快转型升级,提升核心竞争力,助力中国汽车产业高质量发展。

    Abstract

    With the economic globalization,China’s automobile industry is actively “going out”. There are three main ways for Chinese automobile enterprises to participate in the internationalization:first,to export domestic vehicles and parts to overseas,which is what Chinese automobile enterprises have been doing in the past decades;second,overseas localization. More and more Chinese automobile enterprises expand overseas by building production bases in target markets,setting up R & D or design centers,and spreading sales outlets Market;third,overseas acquisition. From the perspective of quantity and amount,Chinese automobile enterprises’ acquisition of overseas brands and equity is on the rise. They enhance their competitiveness through acquisition and begin to focus on the layout of frontier fields.

    The “new four modernizations”,represented by electrification,intelligence,networking and sharing,are deeply influencing the automobile industry,breaking the inherent industrial pattern and providing a good opportunity for Chinese automobile enterprises to stand out. The change of industry pattern also requires Chinese enterprises to break the inherent concept and development ideas,accelerate the transformation and upgrading with more forward-looking thinking,enhance the core competitiveness,and help the high-quality development of China’s automobile industry.
