This case introduces how the Children’s Hospital affiliated to Suzhou University overcame the difficulties and insisted on implementing the “Million Project” of pediatrics teaching. It has made great achievements in training outstanding pediatricians by taking measures such as encouraging measures，carrying out small class teaching and tutorial system，stabilizing professional thinking and improving humanistic quality and other measures.
