The healthy life evaluation of 289 cities reflects the healthy living quality of a single city. It is of great significance to study the healthy living conditions of different provinces from the perspective of provinces to narrow the regional gap of healthy living and improve the overall healthy living quality of China. This report is not limited to a single city，focusing on 31 provinces in China as research objects，and the evaluation indexes are also different. On the basis of the original index system，population development is specially added as a first-level index to build an inter-provincial healthy life evaluation index system. On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of healthy living in 31 provinces in China，the evaluation of each level index is carried out，which comprehensively reflects the healthy life quality of different provinces，and the evaluation results are deeply analyzed.
