Economic security is the basis of healthy living and plays an important role in the healthy living of residents. This report elaborates the concept of economic security and the significance of economic security evaluation. On the basis of the existing evaluation indexes at home and abroad for reference，from two aspects of economic base and living consumption picked 10 evaluation index，constructed the evaluation index system of the urban residents health economic security，to evaluate the economic security conditions in 289 cities，and the evaluation results are analyzed in depth.
